Restaurant MAI-TAI in Leipzig

Poor Somtam i have ever eaten, sorry to say this... but please when you want to claim this is Thai restaurant. At least you should learn how to cook Thai food. (There is a lot of way to show you, how to cook Som-tam on youtube). I was not expected to get Original Thai food here since i knew there was not Thai people cook it.(i was ordering online) But the food i got , the quality and quantity are so poor for 6,30€. I hope you will take my opinion to develop and improve. With Love..

Wow! We love this restaurant. Friends of Asian cuisine will probably not find anything better in Leipzig and the surrounding area. We regularly drive about 1 hour to eat delicious and cozy here. From the food to the drinks to the service or the hosts, it is the overall concept that makes us 100% happy and satisfied every time. 5 stars are absolutely not enough. Until next time .... We are already looking forward to it!

Very good Thai. Is not ordinary food, but food in new variations. Very friendly.

I didn't like it. The rice was hard, warmed up again. The starter was simply skipped, which was actually part of the lunch menu. And you had to wait forever. In the many years in this city, I have never been to this shop, although I have also walked past. Now I know it was a good decision

Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. Food is nice but as the name says "mai Tai" in Thai this means "not Thai". Very limited for vegetarian options and pretty expensive.
